Safety Catch premieres Belfast 6th February

Nick Snow and Joe O’Byrne’s screen adaptation of the play they wrote and directed respectively receives it’s first public screening at the Mac Belfast, Friday 6th February. The Safety Catch tells the story of motorcycle racing champion Michael Dunlop as he contemplates staying in the sport he loves, after it has taken the lives of his uncle, father and now his brother. Bandit Films produced the original play and coproduced the film with Lucataire Films (UK). Key support to the production was provided by the Glens Centre, Leitrim and Creative Heartlands.
