Netflix to renew license to Bandit Films’ productions

Following on from an initial five year licence, Netlix have agreed to licence two Johnny Gogan directed and produced titles. BLACK ICE, featuring Killian Scott and Jane McGrath, was theatrically released in Ireland with considerable success in 2013. HUBERT BUTLER WITNESS TO THE FUTURE, was critically well received when released in 2016, playing in venues all over Ireland and at London’s ICA. It included a powerful score by Steve Wickham. Both films were realised by crews in the Sligo-Leitrim area where Bandit Films is based.
